Museum is open from 17 april 2021 on!

Visit the museum with the new invitation – 360 degrees virtual tour of the museum

We inform you that the Kobarid Museum is again open for visitors from 17 April 2021 on. Until the end of April, museum will be open from 10:00 to 17:00, from 1 May on from 9:00 to 18:00 as usually every day.

We invite you to visit the museum in a new in these days more and more important way. From now on, you can visit the museum from your electronic device with 360 degrees virtual tour of the museum. The virtual tour was prepared through the project “Countryside and heritage in the Isonzo Valley”, which is co-funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.

With the re-opening of the museum, we would like to kindly invite you to visit our new temporary exhibition “29 months of fights along the Soča”, which you could not see because of the closure of the museum due to the pandemic.

We implemented health security measures due to the spread of SARS-CoV virus, so that the visit of the museum is safe. Entrance to the museum is allowed only with facemasks on. We kindly ask you to book group visits in advance and we will organize the visit safe for everyone.
