The Kobarid museum is on display in Trento

From Saturday, 12th june 2025, our exhibition »29 montsh of fights along the Soča« is on display at Museo Nazionale Storico degli Alpini (National museum of Alpini) in Trento, Italy. During the opening ceremony short speeches were delivered by Lt Col Massimiliano Paoli and curator of Kobarid museum, author of the exhibition, Jaka Fili. There were many representatives of different Alpini organisations, former director of Museo Nazionale Storico degli Alpini, divisional general Stefano Basset, representative of Museo Storico Italiano della Guerra da Rovereto and other visitors. Collaboration with Museo Nazionale Storico degli Alpini is very important for Kobarid Museum. Histrory of Alpini is very rich and long. Many Alpini battalions fought in Upper Soča Valley and consequently many sections of National Alpini association are visiting Kobarid museum every year. The exhibition will be on display until Saturday, 5^th October 2025.
