Tour reservation

The Museum can be visited individually or in groups. You can buy tickets online here. For groups announced in advance the Museum is open also out of office hours. A visit can be booked by means of a booking form, an e-mail to  (Your reservation will be confirmed by our return e-mail.) or a phone call to 00386 5 389 0000 or 00386 41 714 072. A Museum guide in the desired language will be at your disposal. You are kindly asked to notify us in case of your delay or change in programme.

On the arrival in the Museum the group guide should first pay for the tickets. The payment can be made either in cash or with a credit card or order form or voucher. Upon the payment a museum official issues a bill which admits the group to the Museum.
It is advised to plan sufficient time for your visit to the Museum, since a regular museum tour takes an hour and a half. The guide will conform to your wishes. A visit can also be made shorter or the explanation can be adjusted to your requests, though it is recommended that this be told in advance, when the booking for your visit is made.

Guided tours along the Isonzo front remains
The Museum organizes guided tours along the Isonzo Front remains in the surroundings of Kobarid which complement the visit to the Museum. You set out for the remains, together with your guide, either on foot or by bus. Sportswear or trekking wear is recommended. On the reservation of a guided tour the Museum personnel will furnish you with detailed information about the duration of the tour and the sightseeing programme.
